Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Leverage experience with ERM integration software to provide clients with comprehensive solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position Kirklin Solutions in the market.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on our technology solutions, ensuring they maximize their value.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare technology or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and technology solutions, including ERM integration software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
